Hardwood Contractor Depot (“Hardwood Constructor Depot”) has created this sales statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to quality and proper sales tactics.
Regularly priced merchandise in original, unused condition, may be returned or exchanged only within 30-days of purchase with original sales receipt and in original, unopened packaging.
15% restocking/administration charge applies to all returns, exchanges or cancellations. No returns, exchanges or cancellations on: moldings, trims, stains, finishes, discounted products, final sales, special orders, opened or damaged goods.
For any special order purchased 30% deposit is required. Re-stocking charges of 30% will be applied to any of the canceled by customer order.
Hardwood Contractor Depot will only be required to maintain availability of the products for a maximum if one (1) year.
Customer is responsible for all measurement amounts and must add approximately 5% minimum waste factor to account for cutting and manufacturing imperfections. Hardwood Contractor Depot is not responsible for any measurement errors.
All deliveries are made to the garage. Hardwood Contractor Depot is not responsible for damage due to incorrect humidity conditions during storage or at installation site. Customer is responsible for final inspection.
Claims for shortages, errors, defects or otherwise must be made by customer upon receipt of goods. Installed, opened or damaged goods are accepted by customer and excluded from any claims.
All credit (non C.O.D.) invoices due and payable net 30 days. interest charged on overdue accounts at rate of 18% per annum, calculated monthly (1 1/2% per month).
Customers shall be charged $75.00 for cheques that are returned or marked insufficient.
